SUMMER TEEN DBT GROUPS ARE COMING SOON!
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a perfect way to learn and practice solid skills such as effective communication, interpersonal relationships, mindfulness, distress tolerance, positive activity lists, and more! This Summer, it would be great to consider adding this for your teen so they can have fun, but also learn skills and get ready for Fall! When: June 18th through August 6th, 2024
Tuesdays from 11 am to 12 pm
(June 18th, June 25th, July 2nd, July 9th, July 16th, July 23rd, July 30th, August 6th)
Where: 132 Mill Street, Suite 202, Healdsburg, CA 95448
Duration: 8 weeks, 60-minute per group, closed group format. This means that the group you begin with is the group you will go through the duration of summer with.
Cost: To make this accessible to as many friends and families as possible, we are offering a reduced cost of $50 per group meeting. If you would like to attend together as a sibling pair, we are offering a discounted price for the 2nd family member at $25 per additional member.

SUMMER PRE-TEEN ART GROUPS ARE COMING SOON!
Beat the heat, find comfort in community, and get your kiddo out of the house for a healthy group activity! Bridges to Understanding will be running TWO art therapy groups this summer, formed based on age. We will utilize many different mediums, including watercolor, acrylic, collage, and creative journaling.
When: June 17th through August 5th, 2024
Mondays from 12 pm to 1 pm
(June 17th, June 24th, July 1st, July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd, July 29th, August 5th)

This 10-week program transforms how the parent understands the child, strengthens the parent-child relationship, promotes active reflection, and connects parents with their children on a deeper level.
At Bridges to Understanding, we believe in groups because “What is shareable is bearable.”
“Attachment Vitamins” group course was developed at UCSF as a prevention tool, meaning there does not have to be anything “wrong” to participate, just that you want to learn and grow as a parent.

Duration: 10 weeks, 60-minute per group, closed group format. This means that the group you begin with will be the group you will go through all 10 weeks with.
Cost: To make this accessible to as many parents as possible, we are offering a reduced cost of $50 per group meeting. If you would like to attend together as a parenting couple/partnership, we are offering a discounted price for the 2nd family member at $25 per additional member.
