EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

LICENSED OR ASSOCIATE CLINICIAN (one position open)

Bridges to Understanding Family Therapy Services, Inc. is looking for clinicians to join our team in Healdsburg, CA.  This group practice is niche focused in children and families, but serves all populations and utilizes all modalities (individual work, families, couples, and dyads).  The ideal candidate would possess a love for family work, a utilization of unconditional positive regard for clients, and a focus of strength-based techniques in practice.  These clinicians appreciate collaboration with providers in our community, and some examples include school collaboration, medical doctor collaboration, and even collaboration within our team as needed.

Although we have a niche focus of youth and family work, we embrace specialties from all of our clinicians on staff, so you will find support and encouragement of your passion, and CEU stipends to allow for your personal career growth and development. We pride ourselves on our team support, and you will find answers to all of your questions in weekly individual, triadic, and group supervision with case consultation. You will find streamlining and automation using Google Workspace, Classroom, as well as an integrated health system for credit card processing, insurance billing, note writing, all in one place. Our office manager is in-house, and handles the intakes and scheduling, initial paperwork, reschedules, credentialing (and so much more), and we prioritize taking administrative tasks off your plate so you can focus on what you do best: help others. Work-life balance is our top priority, and you will find competitive pay to allow you to finish your workweek in 32 hours or less so you can live a balanced life and avoid burnout. In such an isolating profession, you’ll find a team with Bridges to Understanding, or dare I say, a 2nd family. We look forward to speaking with you, and always welcome new prospects.
